Arrival and Departure at Sorgente
Generally guests will be welcome at 3pm on Fridays. This is to ensure the cottage is cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Times will be confirmed on your route details once you have paid your balance. Please check with Cornish Cottage Holidays (customer care team) for further details. There is on-street parking in front of the cottage, with other parking nearby. Departure from the cottage is usually 10am.

What's Included?
Included in the cost of your holiday are:
Electricity and gas
Bedding and bed linen
Bath and hand towels
Complimentary soaps
Welcome pack - varies but includes fresh milk on day of arrival

We provide bed linen, pillows and duvets without additional charge.
If your stay is longer than a week, you may have a change of linen on request.

Gas central heating, between October and April (inclusive).
Wood burning stove, dry seasoned logs may be ordered a few days before your arrival from our house keeper, or can be purchased at most local garages and shops during your stay.

What do you need to bring
Beach towels. Towels provided must remain in the property and not removed for use on the beach, etc.
Children and babies are very welcome at Sorgente, however, at this moment in time we only have one high chair and do not provide cots. There are stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs but it is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to supervise all children within the property or in the garden.

Pets
We provide a cottage at standards fit for allergy sufferers therefore pets are, without exception, not accommodated for at all.

Cleaning
Sorgente cottage is cleaned between lets and there is no extra charge for this unless a heavy clean is required after you leave or do not leave the property as you found it.

Rubbish/garbage removal and recycling
All rubbish will be removed by us at the end of your stay, if however you prefer to avoid surcharges by having it collected earlier, then the following time tables apply. Weekly council collection of general rubbish is very early on each Wednesday morning, place in black sacks, please tie securely and leave on the pavement opposite, not earlier than the evening before.
Recycled materials can also be left outside in the relevant bags or box, however these collections rotate on a fortnightly basis, please read the printed information left in the property. We will recycle any remaining waste for you at the end of your stay.

No Smoking
Our cottage and garden are for non-smokers only. We are providing standards fit for allergy sufferers which is why we have a strict non-smoking policy.

Your Safety
We take safety of our guests seriously. Our cottage is maintained for your comfort and safety. However please remember you must take care of yourself and family in what are unfamiliar surroundings.

We want you to have a safe and enjoyable holiday so taking a few simple precautions will ensure this happens.
